I had a one to one coaching session with Katja to talk about my stress triggers, she introduced me to a cognitive behavioural approach which was new to me , I found it really effective how Katja helped me to breakdown my issue/situation and identify what was going on for me and explain to me how I can manage and approach my stress differently enabling me to reduce and prevent my anxiety.

I also found it really useful having it all written down for me to review and use as a reminder of how I control my feelings and situation.

I would highly recommend working with Katja. A great alternative to expensive therapy
